The OneTouch Reveal® mobile app has proven to be a valuable tool for individuals managing diabetes, with over 4 million* users benefiting from its features. Instead of just tracking blood glucose levels, the OneTouch Reveal® app offers a comprehensive solution for diabetes management.

One of the standout features of the app is its ability to seamlessly sync data with the OneTouch Verio Reflect® meter and the OneTouch Verio Flex® meter, revolutionizing the way users view their blood glucose levels.

The app excels at helping users identify blood glucose patterns effortlessly. It transforms data into visually appealing snapshots that establish connections between blood glucose levels, food intake, insulin dosages, and physical activity. It also provides a timeline of important blood glucose events and activities, emphasizing occasions when blood glucose readings have repeatedly fallen outside the desired range. Additionally, users can receive automatic notifications on their smartphones whenever a high or low blood glucose pattern is detected.

Another noteworthy aspect of the OneTouch Reveal® app is its ability to personalize diabetes management tools. Users can set personalized reminders to keep track of patterns, medication schedules, food consumption, exercise routines, and any other elements crucial to managing their diabetes effectively. And with the Blood Sugar Mentor™ feature**, the app provides personalized guidance, insights, and encouragement to help users successfully manage their blood glucose levels.

Setting up and tracking personalized goals is made easy through the app. Users can monitor blood glucose levels, track daily steps walked, log carbohydrate intake regularly to establish correlations with blood glucose levels, and keep tabs on their exercise routines.

The OneTouch Reveal® app also offers an easy-to-view diabetes logbook that automatically logs and organizes blood glucose readings. Users can quickly identify high and low readings through the color-coded logbook, providing a clear overview of their diabetes management. The app also includes straightforward 14-, 30-, and 90-day overviews of blood glucose readings to assess progress over time.

In addition to these features, the app offers other helpful tools for blood glucose management. Users can share their progress with their healthcare team via email by sending personalized diabetes reports. The A1c comparator allows users to compare their lab A1c with the average of their blood glucose readings from the past 90 days. The app also integrates with the Health app and Fitbit, if desired, and provides an integrated food search function for easier carb logging.
